How to contact us

Use the Margent feedback form for product problems and ideas. Email hello@tuaev-dev.ru for privacy, copyright, data-export, and deletion questions, or to continue an existing case.

What we can help with

• email sign-in;
• profile, synchronization, and the local library;
• adding, editing, searching for, and returning thoughts;
• data export and account deletion;
• app, TestFlight build, and Android Beta APK errors;
• open Circles, join requests, invitations, and access settings;
• profile search, Circle directory, and consent withdrawal;
• thought replies, Resonated reactions, private saves, reports, and blocks;
• requests from authors and rights holders about user content.

For rights holders

If user material may infringe your intellectual property rights, send a notice with the subject “Margent — copyright infringement.” Identify the work, the basis of your rights, information that locates the material, a description of the infringement, and a contact for our response. The full procedure appears in the Terms of Use.

What to include

• what you tried to do and what happened;
• your device model and iOS or Android version;
• the Margent version, build number, and installation source: App Store, TestFlight, or Android Beta APK;
• the approximate date and time of the error;
• the request ID, if the app displayed one.

A screenshot can help, but make sure it does not contain unnecessary personal data or private quotes.

Android Beta

Installation steps, device requirements, and the APK checksum are published on a separate page.

Published build 0.8.0 has confirmed sync issues and may lose drafts after restarting. Do not keep the only copy of a text in a draft; save the finished quote and check it in your library.

Email sign-in

The code is single-use and remains valid for 10 minutes. Use the newest code. If the message is not in your inbox, check Spam. Never forward the code to support.

Do not send secrets

Support will never ask for:

• your email password;
• a one-time sign-in code;
• access tokens, a sign-in token, or a private key;
• a full data export or your entire private library unless it is necessary.

Delete your account

The fastest method is to open your Margent profile, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. If you cannot sign in, follow the deletion instructions and contact us.
